Shahriyari
Co-Founder and CTO
Ali Shahriyari is the Co-Founder and CTO of Reality Defender. An accomplished technologist and AI expert with over 20 years of experience in the software development industry, Shahriyari served as the Director of Product at the AI Foundation, building the first AI-Native Human Platform and developing Digital Deepak, an iOS and Android Unity-based app. His time at the AI Foundation began his present-day journey in protecting the world against misinformation and dangerous deepfakes.
Shahriyari's experience in a variety of executive-level positions saw him leading teams to build complex software systems used by millions around the world, working closely with Fortune 500 partners at Originate, as well as consulting and developing systems used by banks for matters related to the FDIC. He holds a BS and Masters in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
