Co-Founder and CEO
When we started Reality Defender, our mission was clear: enable trust in an AI-powered world. Today, I'm excited to share that we're taking a massive step forward in that mission by welcoming Brian Levin as our Chief Revenue Officer.
Deepfakes have moved from theoretical risk to an immediate threat. Every week, we're seeing enterprises lose critical data and capital to AI-powered fraud. Governments are battling sophisticated disinformation campaigns. And the tools to create these deceptions are becoming more accessible and imperceptible by the day.
This isn't about some distant future anymore. Bad actors are weaponizing generative AI tools to impersonate and defraud at scale right now. They're bypassing legacy security mechanisms that simply weren't built for this threat. Manual detection methods are completely outmatched by the increasing sophistication of these attacks.
Organizations without real-time deepfake detection capabilities face substantial risks: reputational damage to executives and institutions, breach of confidential data and intellectual property, and outright theft of assets. This is the reality we're confronting.
Brian brings something crucial to Reality Defender: 15 years of battle-tested experience scaling enterprise software companies in cybersecurity. He's not just another sales leader; he's someone who understands how to align our collective efforts as a company to deliver outcomes for Fortune 500 environments.
Throughout his career, Brian built go-to-market strategies to deliver solutions for today's cyber challenges, while also creating enterprise value for startups — including Panaseer, Fairwinds, Cobalt.io, and Veracode. This is exactly the expertise we need.
What excites me most about Brian is his understanding that our mission goes beyond selling software. As he put it when we first spoke: "Seeing is no longer believing. We need to fix that for the enterprise and protect the consumer, full stop." That's the kind of thinking that will drive Reality Defender forward.
Brian joins us at a pivotal moment. We recently launched our developer API with a free tier, enabling the implementation of enterprise-grade deepfake detection with just two lines of code. This democratization of access is core to our vision, but it's only valuable if we can get these capabilities into the hands of the organizations that need them most.
With Brian leading our go-to-market strategy – overseeing sales, marketing, and customer success – we're positioned to accelerate adoption across financial services, government agencies, and enterprises worldwide. His appointment strengthens our executive team and signals our readiness to scale.
Reality Defender isn't just another cybersecurity company. We're building essential infrastructure for a world where AI-generated content is ubiquitous. Our patented multi-model approach delivers security at the speed of communication, providing real-time protection of critical channels from deepfake impersonations and fraud. We maintain bleeding-edge resilience through models that are continuously updated to anticipate and prevent emerging deepfake techniques. We operate at an enterprise-grade scale, seamlessly integrating with existing systems, ranging from everyday communication apps to sensitive on-premise environments.
With Brian on board, we're expanding our ability to be true partners to organizations navigating this new threat landscape. We're helping them secure critical channels against deepfake impersonations, enabling them to operate with confidence in an AI-powered world.
The deepfake threat will only intensify. But with Brian's leadership, our innovative technology, and our committed team, Reality Defender is ready to help organizations worldwide defend against digital impersonation at scale.
To our customers, partners, and the broader security community: thank you for your trust and support. Together, we're building the defenses necessary to preserve authenticity and trust in the age of AI.
Welcome to the team, Brian.
