Co-Founder and Head of AI
Gaurav Bharaj provides leadership, strategy, and research guidance to help build next-generation AI solution. Working at the intersection of vision, graphics, audio, and NLP, he lead scientists and engineers to deliver research-driven products in multi-modal AI and security industries. He is passionate about harnessing advances in visual computing and generative AI technologies to empower and enhance human lives.
Gaurav is the co-founder and distinguished scientist at Reality Defender. Before that, he was VP of Research at AI Foundation, where he led generative science research to create virtual humans and worked as a researcher at Technicolor R&I. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Harvard University, and Masters from University of Pennsylvania, and worked at Max-Planck Institute of Informatics, Germany as a researcher.
